At the moment, I don't take on HTML/CSS website builds for clients, because those projects take a lot of time and planning. My website was a personal project, and I want to keep it that way for now.
I don't list fixed prices yet because every job is different, but I offer free quotes, fair pricing, and honest communication. You're also welcome to make me a reasonable offer, and I'll gladly consider it. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operated lathe machines (1m & 2m bed) for roughing and precision cutting of small and large shafts.
Machined a variety of materials: Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, PTFE, and other plastics.
Produced washers using correct OD/ID measurements.
Maintained machines by cleaning and separating metal shavings (MS, SS, Aluminium).
MILLING MACHINE WORK
Cut keyways in shafts and tested key fitment.
Machined sprocket teeth, especially in plastics.
Performed angle cutting on blocks (45Β°, 90Β°, 135Β°, both sides).
Used milling tools and tips for larger holes requiring accurate precision.
DRILLING OPERATIONS
Used pillar drilling machine (correct English name for βboor masjienβ).
Drilled holes of various sizes with correct punch marks for accuracy.
Chamfered drilled holes for bolt seating.
Used a hand drill for:
Drilling and removing broken bolts
Polishing parts using attached tools
Chamfering sharp edges for a smooth finish

MACHINE & SOFTWARE OPERATION
Operated a Morn laser cutting machine with a 3000 Γ 1500 mm (3m Γ 1.5m) bed.
Cut parts directly from metal plates according to job cards.
Used CypCut software to set up and manage cutting jobs.
Operated G3 compressor software in coordination with CypCut.
Worked with oxygen gas (Oβ) for cutting operations.
MATERIALS & CUTTING CAPABILITIES
Cut a wide variety of materials and thicknesses:
Mild Steel: 0.5 mm β 20 mm
Stainless Steel: 0.5 mm β 8 mm
Aluminium: 0.5 mm β 6 mm
Galvanized Steel: 0.5 mm β 6 mm
Specialized Plates (rare): 0.5 mm β 6 mm
Cut stainless steel plates with protective film using defilm when required.
QUALITY CONTROL & JOB VERIFICATION
Performed test cuts on thicker plates (12 mm β 20 mm) before starting production jobs.
Created a 35 mm Γ 35 mm test square to confirm cutting quality.
Stopped the machine after the first part to inspect quality before continuing production.
Repeated test cuts after lens changes or if lens alignment was not centered.
Continuously monitored quality throughout the cutting process.
DRAWING & JOB PREPARATION
Created washer drawings (OD & ID) directly in CypCut when required.
Saved drawings for reuse on future jobs.
Cut customer-supplied materials and customer-specific jobs.
TOOLS & EQUIPMENT USED
Used Vernier calipers and tape measures for part verification.
Wore protective gloves during machine operation and maintenance.
Cleaned lenses using alcohol and lint-free cloths.
Selected correct nozzles:
Single nozzle for Stainless Steel and other non-mild steel materials
Double nozzle for Mild Steel
Used Stainless Steel layers for parts requiring clean lettering or internal detail.
MACHINE MAINTENANCE & HOUSEKEEPING
Cleaned the machine head and full machine when required.
Washed the machine using water and supplier-approved machine soap.
Cleaned trays to keep the machine neat and operational.
Ensured the machine was always left clean and ready for the next job.
JOB MANAGEMENT & DOCUMENTATION
Counted parts after every completed job to confirm correct quantities.
Took photos as proof of completed jobs and quantities.
Ensured all jobs were fully completed before stamping them as finished.
TRAINING & CONTINUOUS LEARNING
Did not receive training on layer setup, but safely operated using existing layers.
Maintained detailed personal training notes, as recommended, documenting machine operation procedures and cutting practices.
Reason for leaving: Ended employment after internal hearing process. I appreciate the experience gained during my time there.

Short-Term Project β 1 Week
Assisted with installation of CCTV systems using RG59 and Cat 5 cabling, BNC connectors and basic DVR connections. Helped run cables inside protective conduit to secure them from weather exposure. Supported testing and verification of camera feeds.
